WEEK 3 :P

today, we went to see orange tree cafe i decided to write down as much as possible because that way id be sure to get something useful seeing as i wasn't certain what i was looking for. i really liked the cafe and i think it will be quite easy to advertise. It was nice going to see the cafe we had been talking about for so long. I do think it needs more advertising though because I must have walked down that street 1000 times since it was there and I never noticed it before then we went back and learnt some of the history and facts behind it which i also wrote down because I thought they might be useful. then when we went back we had THE BRIEF (dan dan daaaaaaan!) :) i was really looking forward to this part because i wanted to know what we would have to do! turns out we have to make a leaflet advertising the cafe. i think this will be good because the Orange tree cafe has allot to advertise! I think it's quite lucky that I do like the cafe and that were advertising things we like because it would be much harder if I didn't like the Orange tree cafe because I would have to lie.

then we were put into our groups. i am in a group with Aimee and Zack. we discussed our plans and talked about all our notes and managed to get down the main points of our leaflet. I was writing them down and it was my idea to really make a big thing out of the chef. Because I thought that that would be a really big USP. we all contributed good ideas. i thought this was quite easy because it was just putting our ideas down on paper and luckily we all had smiler ideas and we compromised well. i think if i were to do it again i would have been more productive in the time we had to work as a team. So talked more of how we are going to do this and who's strong with this or is not that good at that and maybe devised a solution to that.

I thought this lesson was really good and very productive which is good because we want the most time possible. Next lesson I will try and be more focussed on the task and not get as distracted as I did last week.
